DP + Güzey Mimarlık
2000 yılında Ankara'da kurulan Güzey Mimarlık ile Moskova merkezli Different Perspectives'in 2010 yılında birleşmesiyle temelleri atılan DP+Güzey Mimarlık, Mimar Haldun Eralp Akçakoca ve Mimar Bora Tubay kaptanlığında, Türkiye'nin yanı sıra, yerel yetkilere sahip olduğu Rusya ve Libya başta olmak üzere dünyanın birçok farklı ülkesinde, gerek kendi kadroları gerekse beraber çalıştığı ekiplerle uluslararası standart ve normlarda projelere imza atıyor. Moskova ve Ankara'daki ofislerinde yaklaşık 45 kişilik profesyonel ekibiyle çok farklı alanlarda tasarım ve uygulamalar yapmış olan DP+Güzey Mimarlık, ortaya çıkacak ürünün kalitesinin tüm inşaat süreçlerinde ekibin bir parçası olarak işin içinde bulunmasıyla artacağına inanıyor, yapılanmasını bu şekilde organize ediyor. Ortak akla ve kolektif düşünceye dayalı mimarlık pratiğine değer vererek, etkileşime dayanan bir öğrenme ve üretme süreciyle çözüme ulaşmayı önemseyen DP+Güzey Mimarlık her tasarım problemini yeni bir karşılaşma, yeni bir yol ve arayış olarak görüyor.
Türkiye'de ve dünyanın birçok farklı ülkesinde projeler üreten DP+Güzey Mimarlık tarafından tasarlanan Kiev Hotel projesi, tarihten ilham alan referanslarıyla, şehrin hem sosyal hem de coğrafi canlılığına eklemlenerek, tarihe duyulan saygıyı ve geleceğe olan heyecanı bir arada yaşatmayı hedefliyor. Ukrayna'nın Kiev kentinde tarihi kent dokusu içerisinde geliştirilen şehir oteli projesi olan Kiev Hotel, günümüz çağdaş estetiğine uygun bir anlayışla, tarihle olan bağlarını koparmadan, çevresiyle uyum içinde var olmayı amaçlıyor. 3 bin 300 metrekare taban alanına ve toplam 30 bin 950 metrekare büyüklüğe sahip olan Kiev Hotel projesi, doğal yeşil alanlar içerisinde ve Dinyeper nehri kıyısında yer alan ve kent meydanı ile ilişkili bir noktada inşa edilmeye hazırlanıyor.
Kiev Hotel'inde yere özgü çağdaş tasarım anlayışı benimsendi
Konsept proje tasarımı DP+Güzey Mimarlık ve Cumhur Keskinok'a ait olan Kiev Hotel projesi, köklü geçmişi ile Slav kültürünün önemli başkentleri arasında yer alan Kiev'in, bozulmamış tarihi dokusu içerisinde, çağdaş normların hakim olduğu ve tarihe sırtını dönmeyen bir tasarım anlayışı çerçevesinde ele alınmış. Yeni kent planı ve içeriği ile ilgili gerekli bilgiler ve bölgedeki genel kentsel kararlar baz alınarak başlanan tasarımda, proje arazisine çok yakın konumdaki Nativity of Christ Kilisesi ve bölge için önemli, sık kullanılan ve içerisinde bir kilise ile füniküler istasyonunun bulunduğu meydanla hem görsel hem de kültürel anlamda bağ kurmaya çabalanmış.
Otelde eşsiz kent manzarasının deneyimlemesi amaçlandı
DP+Güzey Mimarlık, lokasyon olarak şehir silueti açısından da önemli bir noktada konumlanacak olan Kiev Hotel için monolitik bir yapı kurgusu yerine, yapı kütlesinin kentle birlikte hareket ettiği parçalı bir kompozisyon tercih etmiş. Siluet kararlarında yerel bağlamların ön planda olduğu tutumunu kütle kompozisyonunda da devam ettiren DP+Güzey Mimarlık, yapının çevresi ile kurduğu ilişkiden yola çıkarak, insan ölçeğini maksimum ölçüde koruma amacıyla, yapının yüksekliğini meydandan başlayan geri çekilmelerle kademelendirmiş. Bu geri kademelenme sayesinde oluşan teraslar, genel kullanıma açık mekanların fonksiyonlarına entegre edilerek, kullanıcıların eşsiz kent manzarasını deneyimlemesine olanak sağlayacak şekilde değerlendirilmiş.
Kiev Hotel: Eskinin içindeki yeni
DP+Güzey Mimarlık, Kiev Hotel projesinde, kütle kurgusunda sürdürdüğü tasarım anlayışını, malzeme seçimlerinde de devam ettirmiş ve kent siluetinin devamlılığı için kurgulanan parçalı yapı kütlesi, yine malzeme seçimleri ile fonksiyonel olarak da karakterize edilmiş. Kiev kentinin klasik taş dokusu, modern bir tavırla yorumlanarak, yatayda ve düşeyde farklı yerleşimlerle, kütleler arasındaki uyumu bozmayacak şekilde cepheye aktarılmış ve kütlelerin birbirinden ayrışması sağlanmış. Yapının merkezindeki kütle, cam malzeme kullanılarak vurgulanmış ve cam yüzeyler bir yandan yoğunluğu ve derinliği belirlerken, diğer yandan da yapı hareketlerinin devamlılığını, şeffaflığını ve parçaların birbiriyle olan bağlantısını sağlamış. Kiev Hotel projesinde yer alan, birbirinden farklı büyüklüklerdeki toplam 252 oda, hem fonksiyonel olarak, hem de niteliksel gereksinimleri kapsamında kütle içerisine özenle yerleştirilmiş. DP+Güzey Mimarlık proje dahilindeki bazı odaların, gerektiğinde ortak kullanılarak büyümesine olanak sağlayan bir sistemle de esnek bir tasarım anlayışı geliştirmiş. Projede birbirinden farklı konseptlerde restoranlar, kafeler ve spor salonunun yanı sıra, ofis ve toplantı salonu olarak hizmet veren birimler de yer almış. DP+Güzey Mimarlık tasarımı Kiev Hotel projesi, genel konsept yaklaşımı, kütle kompozisyonu ve malzeme seçimleriyle kent dokusuna yabancılaşmayan ve modern dokunuşlarla kendini belli eden tavrıyla 'yeni' olmayı amaçlayan bir proje olma özelliği taşıyor. Rusya'nın Perm kentinde uygulanmak üzere tasarlanan Raduga Park AVM, bir alışveriş merkezi olmanın ötesine geçerek, şehrin en önemli çekim merkezi olmaya aday sosyal bir yaşam alanı kurgulama iddiasını taşıyor. Rusça'da gökkuşağı anlamına gelen Raduga kelimesini hem ismine hem de tasarım konseptine entegre ederek, alışverişi ve eğlenceyi bir arada sunmayı hedefliyor. Toplam 101 bin 100 metrekare kiralanabilir alanı olan, 14 bin 500 metrekarelik hipermarket, 10 salonlu sinema kompleksi, 6 bin 500 metrekarelik eğlence merkezi ve 6 bin 400 metrekarelik yeme içme alanları barındıran Raduga Park AVM'nin açılışının, projenin, yatırımı yapan Forum Group firması tarafından 2016 yılının ikinci çeyreği gerçekleştirilmesi planlanıyor.
Raduga Park AVM'de bir metafor olarak gökkuşağı...
Konsept proje tasarımı DP+Güzey Mimarlık'a ait olan Raduga Park AVM, adının da anlamına uygun olarak, malzemelerle ve önerdiği mekan kurgularıyla kullanıcısına gökkuşağı kadar renkli ve canlı bir yaşam alanı sunmayı hedeflemiş. Şehir merkezine yakın konumda, Perm'in doğal yeşil alanları içerisinde tasarlanan yapı, çevresel bağlamların ışığında, hem kullanıcısıyla hem de kentle uyumlu bir ilişki kurmaya çabalamış. Raduga Park AVM'nin ana girişindeki saçak, kent merkezinden gelenleri karşılayan bir simge olarak kurgulanırken, saçağın altını kapsayan büyük alan da insanları bir araya getiren ve sosyal etkinliklerin hayat bulacağı bir meydan olarak tasarlanmış. Amfi tiyatroları, yeşil alanları, çocuklar için kaykay ve oyun alanları, kioskları, restoranları ve eğlence mekanlarıyla, yaz-kış farklı deneyimlerin yaşanacağı bu meydanın, sadece bir alışveriş merkezi olmasının ötesinde, yapının gece gündüz yaşamaya devam etmesine yardımcı, aktif bir öğe olarak projeye entegre edilmesi sağlanmış. Raduga Park AVM'de, yapının dış kabuğundaki renkli yaklaşımı oluşturan gökkuşağı konsepti, iç mekanlara da yansıtılarak bütüncül bir tasarım anlayışı elde edilmiş. Geniş bir artriumda yemek alanları, birçok etkinliğe sahne olabilecek değişken hareketli platformlar, dinlenme alanları gibi birçok birim, renklerin varlığı ve yönlendirmeleriyle, dışarıdaki yaşamın içeri taşınmasına yardımcı olmuş.
